Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Supply Chain Security Officer to help keep facilities safe and profitable. You will conduct surveillance, support shrinkage programs, and ensure thorough documentation for investigations.

You may be involved in emergency responses, gate control, and CCTV operations to identify threats and maintain safety. Training and benefits are provided for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or loss prevention is preferred.
• Strong observational and reporting skills are essential.
• Ability to respond calmly to emergencies and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance of associates and contractors to deter theft and violence.
• Promote shrinkage awareness and profitability through teamwork.
• Maintain meticulous reports and records for investigations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide basic first aid as needed.
• Manage facility truck gate and CCTV monitoring to identify threats.
• Escort and control entry/exit points and conduct patrols as assigned.
