Join JCPenney’s security team as a Supply Chain Security Officer, responsible for safeguarding facilities and ensuring profitability through vigilant observation, reporting, and emergency response.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance of associates and contractors, identifying activities related to theft, fraud, or violence.
• Support shrinkage awareness programs by communicating current issues and promoting strategies to reduce losses.
• Write and maintain detailed reports and records for management and law‑enforcement agencies.
• Respond to emergencies, providing first‑aid and other necessary assistance.
• Manage facility truck entrance processes when assigned.
• Operate CCTV systems to detect threats and ensure operational compliance.
• Control entry and exit points, conduct foot and vehicle patrols, and assist with audit inspections.

Pay Range
