• 3+ years security-related experience or equivalent (Required)
• Minimum of three years' experience managing and overseeing a diverse security staff in a fast-paced operation (Required)
• Guard Card (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, including rapid reporting and clear decision making (Required)
• Strong judgment, ethical standards, and ability to resolve safety and security problems (Required)
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse campus personnel and the public (Required)
• Discretion with confidential information (Required)
• Proficiency with computer-based security systems and building communications (Required)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) (Required)
• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods and work flexible schedules (Required)
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, AED and portable firefighting equipment (Preferred)
