The role requires strong leadership, background in security, and ability to respond to emergencies; full-time daytime/evening shifts with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in social science, behavioral health or related discipline preferred.
• IAHSS Officer/Supervisor Training within 6 months; Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and assigned teams.
• Coordinate site operations and safety procedures.
• Manage time sheets, overtime, and scheduling.
• Develop and update facility orders and competency tasks.
• Provide security awareness training and reports.
