Tarian is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor in Plano, TX to lead security teams, coordinate site operations, and implement procedures ensuring safety and efficiency. You will oversee daily assignments, monitor time sheets, and conduct off-hours inspections as needed.

The role requires 2–3 years supervisory experience, a HS diploma (BA preferred), and relevant certifications; strong English communication and a focus on safety are essential. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in a service setting.
• Mental health experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security license(s) or certifications as applicable.

• Manages daily work assignments and schedules for all assigned personnel.
• Oversees facility security program operations and equipment management.
• Responds to emergencies and enforces safety protocols.
