Job summary

Tarian is seeking Healthcare Security Officers to support hospital security, protect staff and patients, and deter unauthorized activity across sites. You will patrol, monitor, and assist visitors, while upholding client expectations and Tarian's core values.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications.
• Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a person.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tarian's company driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the security and safety of the hospital, its staff, and its patients and visitors; serve as a visible deterrent to unlawful activity on hospital property.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
