Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social science, behavioral health, or related discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• IAHSS Basic/Advanced Officer and Supervisor Training within 6 months; CHPA within 1 year.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a service setting.
• One year of mental health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees facility security functions by leading assigned teams, coordinating site operations, and implementing procedures to maintain safety, security, and operational effectiveness.
• Manages daily work assignments and schedules for all assigned personnel.
• Develops and updates Facility Orders and Competency Tasks.
• Ensures paperwork and data are documented and followed up.
• Communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders and leads security awareness programs.
