Job summary

Leidos Defense Sector is seeking an experienced Assistant Security Facility Officer to support the ILS2 Program in Aiea, HI. The role requires implementing the industrial security program, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with NISPOM and DD 254 requirements.

The successful candidate will manage security processes, interact with government and subcontractors, and provide guidance to the security team while maintaining readiness for government interviews and inspections.

Qualifications

• Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• BA degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) or Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) or equivalent positions for 2+ years.
• Thorough working knowledge of the NISPOM, other relevant DoD security guidance, DCSA guidance and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs).

Responsibilities

• Implement the industrial security program and ensure company and customer security requirements are met.
• Conduct facility self-inspections and program security reviews.
• Produce finished documentation (reports, policy/procedure development, security designs, training, and assessments).
• Maintain data compliance in multiple NISS and DISS accounts.
