Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a Facility Manager to create a safe, efficient work environment and drive acceptable profit margins while maintaining top service quality and regulatory compliance.

The role involves leading facility staff, coordinating maintenance, ensuring environmental health and safety, and supporting revenue initiatives through cost controls and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management or supervision.
• Experience overseeing P&L and budget performance.
• Background in chemical manufacturing, transportation, or related industry.
• Strong safety/EHS performance and regulatory compliance.
• Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in harsh or outdoor environments.
• Proficient with multiple computer systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and environmentally correct practices per Company SOPs.
• Provide training for facility staff and shift tasks.
• Conduct regular safety audits and monthly safety meetings.
• Oversee building, grounds, and equipment maintenance; obtain quotes.
• Input capital expenditure recommendations annually.
• Maintain regulatory compliance reporting to federal/state/local agencies.
• Manage waste logs and off-site shipments.
• Hire, discipline, reward, and terminate staff per policy.
• Assist sales efforts to improve revenue while controlling costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
