Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a Facility Manager to drive safe, compliant operations and protect profit margins at our U.S. facilities. Lead a team, coordinate maintenance, and ensure regulatory adherence while optimizing costs and service quality.

You will train staff, perform safety audits, manage capital projects, and support revenue growth through disciplined vendor management and resource planning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing P&L and safety performance.
• 3+ years of management experience with a team in manufacturing or similar.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing, transportation, or related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and mechanical aptitude.
• Comfortable with a variety of computer systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and environmentally correct practices in the facility.
• Provide training for tank technicians and office personnel.
• Conduct regular safety audits and monthly safety meetings.
• Oversee building, grounds, and equipment maintenance and vendor quotes.
• Input capital expenditure needs and manage regulatory reporting.
• Manage waste logs and shipments off-site.
• Lead and discipline staff per policy; support sales growth and cost controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
