Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a Facility Manager to create a safe and desirable work environment while achieving acceptable profit margins and maintaining service quality and regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes safety program leadership, maintenance planning, vendor coordination, and team supervision across tank services and transportation operations, with a focus on EHS, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience managing P&L.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing, transportation, or similar industries.
• Experience with safety performance and EHS compliance.
• Customer-facing / customer service experience.
• Comfortable with various computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and environmentally correct practices per SOPs.
• Provide training for tank technicians and office staff during shifts.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and quarterly safety audits; hold monthly safety meetings.
• Maintain building, grounds, and equipment; arrange regular maintenance and quotes for repairs.
• Contribute input on annual capital expenditure projects for the facility.
• Maintain regulatory compliance reporting to federal/state/local agencies.
• Maintain waste logs and prepare drums for shipments off-site.
• Hire, discipline, reward, and terminate employees per policy.
• Assist sales to increase revenues while controlling costs and using approved vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
