Qualifications

• Renovation or construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections to identify and prioritize renovation needs
• Collaborate with maintenance team to plan and execute renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and highest quality standards
• Perform painting, wallpapering, carpeting, and other renovation-related duties
