Freedom Village Holland is seeking a Full-time maintenance professional to join our team and ensure timely and quality upkeep of our residential community in Holland, MI. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

You will collaborate with vendors, coordinate renovations, and assist in daily campus maintenance while supporting residents and staff. An on-call schedule and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors to prioritize and schedule unit renovations through completion.
• Be highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills and work independently or in a team.
• Maintain proper levels of materials and supplies for campus tasks.
• Assist other maintenance staff and participate in various projects or repairs.
• Work scheduled and on-call overtime as needed.
