Job summary

Harmony Village is seeking a Renovation Crew member to support the upkeep and improvement of our healthcare facility. You will contribute to routine renovations, including painting, wallpapering, carpeting, and other related duties to keep residents safe and comfortable.

You will collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to plan and execute projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Renovation or construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections to identify and prioritize renovation needs
• Collaborate with our maintenance team to plan and execute renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and highest quality standards
• Perform tasks such as painting, wallpapering, carpeting, and other renovation-related duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
• Work closely with other departments, including operations, housekeeping, and administration to ensure seamless communication and coordination
