Job summary

ATI, Inc. is seeking a CMMS Administrator in Springfield, VA to manage data, maintenance workflows, and reporting within a secure environment. The role supports mission-critical operations with a focus on asset tracking, maintenance history, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of CMMS experience, including WebTMA or similar platforms, and demonstrates strong communication and independent work capabilities in a government or regulated setting.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain clearance; able to work independently in a secure environment.
• Minimum 3 years in CMMS/related role; experience with Building Automation System and MS Office.
• CMMS experience with WebTMA or similar is a big plus.
• Excellent communication skills and high professionalism in client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Input data and maintain CMMS for tracking, automated notification, and analytics for assets, maintenance, warranties.
• Manage service calls/work orders and enforce regulatory compliance.
• Serve as point of contact for CMMS vendor and troubleshoot issues.
