Job summary

Faith Technologies in the United States seeks a Process & Systems Specialist to serve as the frontline link between facilities and the Process & Systems department. This role involves discovery, documenting workflows, coordinating stabilization efforts, and identifying opportunities for standardization across processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1 year of operational support, facility support, customer service, process improvement, or related fields.
• Travel: 0-10%.
• Work Schedule: 7am–5pm, Monday–Friday; flexible schedule may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Process & Systems contact for assigned facilities.
• Build relationships with frontline employees, facility leadership, subject matter experts, and process owners.
• Maintain presence within facility operations to understand workflows and needs.
• Respond to process and application concerns with timely status updates.
• Help employees navigate P&S-supported processes, tools, and support channels.
• Identify and escalate barriers and high-impact concerns to the Process & Systems Lead.
• Conduct initial discovery with conversations, observations, and data gathering.
• Create process maps, notes, screenshots, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate short-term actions to contain immediate concerns and stabilize processes.
• Provide frontline support for Fusion applications, ERP processes, Smartsheet, and dashboards.
