Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Process & Systems Specialist to act as the frontline link between assigned facilities and the Process & Systems department.

This role supports employees with process and application needs, conducts initial discovery, coordinates short-term stabilization, and identifies opportunities for deeper analysis. The successful candidate will document workflows, escalate issues to the Process & Systems Lead, and contribute to standardization while supporting go-live

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in operational support, facility support, customer service, process improvement, project coordination, logistics, manufacturing, application support, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Process & Systems contact for assigned facilities.
• Build strong working relationships with frontline employees, facility leadership, subject matter experts, and process owners.
• Maintain an active presence within facility operations to understand workflows and issues.
• Provide frontline support for P&S applications and tools and explain workflows to users.
• Coordinate facility-level activities for process changes, releases, and improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of support concerns and ensure proper handoffs and closures.
