Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. seeks a Facilities Manager to lead the operations of assigned properties, oversee building systems, and supervise facility staff.

You will conduct routine safety inspections, plan and coordinate maintenance, manage budgets, work with contractors, and maintain accurate records to ensure reliable, compliant facilities. The ideal candidate has five years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong multitasking and communication skills, and the ability to respond to

Qualifications

• Five years related facilities management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of building systems and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the local facilities.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, building automation, fire suppression, security, life safety, building and grounds maintenance.
• Supervise and train facilities staff.
• Prepare yearly budget estimates.
• Participate in incident reporting, mitigation and emergency preparedness.
• Plan, schedule, supervise and coordinate maintenance and installation of conventional building infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date files/data.
• Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, relationship management and negotiation.
• High-level written or oral communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to respond to after-hours/weekend emergencies.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
