Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Process & Systems Specialist to serve as the frontline liaison between facilities and the Process & Systems department.

You will assist with discovery, document processes, and coordinate short-term stabilization efforts while escalating longer-term improvements to the appropriate analysts. You will support users of FUSION, ERP-related processes, Smartsheet solutions, dashboards and other approved tools, ensuring timely communication and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in operational support, facility support, customer service, process improvement, project coordination, logistics, manufacturing, application support, or related field is required.
• Travel: 0-10%

Responsibilities

• Facility Support and Engagement: Serve as the primary Process & Systems contact for assigned facilities and build strong relationships with frontline employees and leadership.
• Frontline Discovery and Documentation: Conduct initial discovery, document processes, identify pain points, and prepare baseline materials.
• Short-Term Stabilization and Local Improvements: Coordinate quick actions to contain immediate issues and avoid long-term local workarounds.
• Application and User Support: Provide frontline support for P&S applications, dashboards, and tools and document issues.
• Implementation and Change Support: Coordinate facility-level activities for process changes and go-live support.
• Continuous Improvement and Escalation: Identify improvement opportunities from observations and escalate to appropriate analysts.
• Documentation and Governance: Maintain records and ensure documentation is current and accessible.
