Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to ensure the club is clean and well-presented while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes maintaining locker rooms, stocking towels, and keeping supplies on hand to Life Time standards.

You will handle member questions about Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures. The position offers hourly pay with growth potential and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time team members, including health coverage

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to routinely bend and lift 20 lbs+.
• Ability to stand and move around the club for extended periods.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meet Life Time’s standards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and pays up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
