Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering friendly service. You will maintain indoor and outdoor spaces, stock towels and supplies, and ensure locker rooms meet Life Time’s standards of presentation.

Strong teamwork and customer service are valued as you respond to member inquiries and follow safety and cleanliness protocols. The role offers hourly pay, comprehensive benefits for full‑time staff, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meetLife Time’sstandards of presentation.

• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.50 and pays up to $18.50, based on experience and qualifications.
