Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain the cleanliness of the facility and deliver excellent customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies, and meet Life Time's standards of presentation.

Typical duties include cleaning, towel handling, locker room upkeep, and assisting members with questions about Life Time products, services, and policies. The role supports a welcoming, safe environment and adheres to departmental budgeting for supplies.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and pays up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
