Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain cleanliness of the club and provide friendly customer service. The role ensures the facility is clean, stocked, and presented according to Life Time standards.

Key responsibilities include daily maintenance, locker room upkeep, inventory of supplies, and addressing member questions about Life Time products and services. This is a full-time hourly position with benefits and salary depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Requirements

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and pays up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
