TPI Staffing, Inc. is seeking an EHS Facilities & Security Lead for our Houston campus. This direct-hire role coordinates daily facility operations and oversees security, AFCO activities, and vendor services to ensure safe, reliable facilities supporting manufacturing operations.

Reporting to the Director of EHS, you will manage work orders, access controls, and safety programs while collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, IT, and HR to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily facility operations across campus buildings, offices, and non-production infrastructure.
• Administer the facility work-order process from intake to completion.
• Lead AFCO activities including scope, schedule, access, invoicing, and vendor oversight.
• Oversee contracted security operations, post coverage, visitor controls, gate operations, and incident reporting.
• Coordinate badge access, keys, locks, doors, cameras, alarms, and other security systems with cross-functional teams.
• Supervise janitorial, landscaping, pest control, waste, office moves, and minor building repairs.
• Conduct routine facility and security inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Coordinate vendors/contractors with quotations, scheduling, safety orientation, permits, and quality checks.
