Job summary

CaVU Consulting, Inc. is seeking a self‑directed and highly motivated Facility Operations Specialist to support Navy facilities in San Diego, California. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience supporting Navy or DoD facilities or NAVFAC programs.
• Active DoD issued Secret security clearance or ability to obtain.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility operations and military construction projects.
• Support project planning and development of budget documentation.
• Prepare responses to Congressional inquiries and data calls.
• Conduct value engineering studies and NEPA compliance.
• Track project schedules and funding execution.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

Experience with value engineering studies

Familiarity with NEPA environmental compliance

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business, or related field
