Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Supervisory experience in building maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of Life Safety Code, NEC, ADA Standards.
- Strong computer skills and facility infrastructure management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to review construction documents and interpret specifications.
