Job summary

ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers is seeking a Facility Manager to ensure safety and high-quality care across outpatient programming. You will collaborate with the Operations team to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and enforce HIPAA, infection control, and Joint Commission guidelines.

You will supervise staff, manage supplies and transportation, and drive facility improvements while maintaining confidentiality and a positive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in a managerial role.
• Two years of driving experience required.
• Minimum of one year working with kids in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure programs and services meet the highest standards of care.
• Maintain stocked supplies and manage expenses to avoid unnecessary costs.
• Conduct weekly facility walk-throughs to identify safety hazards.
• Plan and conduct emergency drills; ensure licensing compliance.
• Oversee client intake, consent forms, and staff supervision.
• Uphold HIPAA and infection control policies; audit EMR records.
• Coordinate transportation and vehicle maintenance.
• Prepare monthly operations, QA, and performance improvement reports.
