Job summary

SpecSys is seeking a Facility Manager to supervise daily manufacturing operations at the assigned facility, schedule product deliveries, and ensure timelines during the project phase. Knowledge of manufacturing processes is required.

The ideal candidate will have a GED or higher, a business degree preferred, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and MRP software. We offer a competitive benefits package and a community-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• MRP software knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction to shop floor personnel and attend planning meetings.
• Coordinate shop floor priorities with management to meet objectives.
• Coordinate equipment repairs with department leads.
• Coordinate staffing needs including hiring and discipline.
• Approve iSolve timecards for department leads and conduct evaluations.
• Ensure quality control processes are followed during manufacturing.
