Job summary

Beyond USA is seeking a Facility Administrator to oversee facility operations, including work orders, inventory control, and asset tracking. You will collaborate with operations, facilities, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.

The role requires precise communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work from our Spring facility with periodic travel to Odessa and Alaska. Office-based with occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business administration, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of administration experience with inventory/logistics/operations support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, submit, and process work orders for Beyond USA.
• Maintain inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies across locations.
• Process MTFs (Material Transfer Forms) and confirm POs and CI documentation.
• Oversee shipping and receiving operations and ensure accuracy of logs and documentation.
• Coordinate procurement requests and maintain traceability of procurement Documentation.
