Job summary

iWorkforce Solutions is seeking a Facility Administrator to oversee facility operations at the Spring location, with responsibilities spanning work orders, inventory and asset management, and material transfers across Spring, Odessa, and Alaska. The role requires strong organizational skills and ERP experience.

You will collaborate with operations, facilities, and supply chain teams to ensure compliant processes, accurate documentation, and timely execution of tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business administration, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience with inventory management, logistics, or operations support preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Previous experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics, SAP, etc.).
• Strong understanding of logistics, shipping/receiving processes, and cross-border compliance preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Based at the Spring Facility with periodic travel to Odessa and Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process work orders and equipment servicing documentation.
• Manage inventory counts and asset tracking across Spring, Odessa, and Alaska.
• Create, submit, and process Material Transfer Forms (MTFs) for asset movement.
• Receive and confirm POs and CIs in Dynaway for all locations.
• Administer shipping and receiving operations and maintain logs for all movements.
• Coordinate procurement requests and ensure traceability of procurement docs (COC).
• Ensure compliance with company standards and confidentiality across sites.
