Qualifications

• Hands-on operations leadership including maintenance planning and uptime optimization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians, setting performance expectations.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and coverage for uptime.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and on-the-job training.
• Oversee monitoring, maintenance, and inspections to protect equipment longevity.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment.
• Manage end-to-end daily operations of the facility.
• Monitor environmental conditions and direct corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and performance records.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
