Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work schedules, task assignments, and coverage to ensure uptime.
• Conduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and on-the-job training to build technical capability.
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of performance and uptime across the facility.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules, including building and container filter changes, miner cleaning, and system inspections.
