Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians
• Coordinate daily work schedules and coverage
• Conduct regular team check-ins and training
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of performance and uptime
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules
• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility
• Monitor environmental conditions and direct corrective actions
• Maintain accurate operational logs and incident reports
• Enforce OSHA policies, PPE and electrical safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations
• Conduct safety walkthroughs and address hazards
• Serve as on-site contact for inspections and audits
