Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical operations role with supervision
• Experience managing industrial teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments
• High school diploma required; technical degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians, setting clear performance expectations and fostering accountability.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, task assignments, and coverage to ensure uptime.
• Conduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and on-the-job training to build capability.
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of performance and uptime across the facility.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules, including building and container filter changes, miner cleaning, and inspections.
• Manage end-to-end day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, dust) and direct corrective actions.
• Maintain operational logs, incident reports, and performance records.
• Enforce site safety policies, OSHA guidelines, PPE, and electrical safety protocols.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for inspections and audits.
