• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Strong and effective communication skills across levels of the organization.
• Peripheral vision to 20/20 and good hearing for alarms and telephonic systems.
• Mechanical aptitude relevant to operating and maintaining facility equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and maintenance needs for on-time deliveries.
• Oversee product quality, quantity and inventories; manage inbound/outbound flow.
• Provide impeccable service to customers and direct vendors and customers daily.
• Schedule laborers and assist with recruitment and training of staff.
• Lead safety initiatives; conduct monthly safety meetings and inspections.
• Operate facility with safety and environmental compliance; collaborate with Safety Team.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and collaborate across divisions.
