Job summary

The Scoular Company seeks a Superintendent to oversee daily facility operations, ensure employee safety, and lead a team of non-exempt laborers. You will recruit, train, and guide staff while supporting growth of Scoular’s business.

Responsibilities include coordinating transportation and maintenance, managing inventories, and ensuring equipment remains safe and functional. You will lead safety initiatives and collaborate across divisions to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to independently solve problems.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Peripheral vision to 20/20 and good hearing.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and maintenance to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Oversee product quality, inventories and inbound/outbound flow.
• Direct laborers and supervise facility staff, including scheduling.
