Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years recent and relevant production leadership experience; will consider 3+ years.
• Familiar with mechanical and electrical maintenance; conveyors a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel for communication and tracking.
• Excellent open communication style to build trust across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Sets operating schedules, daily and monthly production goals in coordination with other facility managers.
• Ensures outbound product standards meet customer quality requirements; coordinates with marketing and logistics.
• Leads safety efforts, conducts monthly safety training, and ensures environmental compliance.
• Manages HR-related processes to attract/retain talent and handle performance discussions.
• Oversees spare parts inventory and maintenance to minimize downtime and preserve assets.
• Manages construction projects and CAPEX for facility upgrades; ensures contractor compliance.
• Collaborates with engineers and other NF Recovery facilities for improvements.
• Tracks production volumes daily and reports results via spreadsheets/IT systems.
• Represents Alter Trading in the industry by hosting tours for guests and clients.
