• Oversees ferrous and non-ferrous departments.
• Supervises employees including hiring, coaching, discipline and terminations.
• Ability to price scrap and issue payments to customers as needed.
• Maintains safety and environmental objectives and ISO/OSHA compliance.
• Oversees maintenance and replacement of buildings and equipment.
• Manages budgets, yard volume, net profit and ROI; prepares monthly operating reports.
• Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
