Job summary

Omnia Healthcare Group is seeking an Assistant Administrator to work closely with the Facility Administrator in overseeing daily operations, resident care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have LNHA in the state, leadership experience in skilled nursing, and strong organizational skills to manage budgets, staffing, admissions, and program implementation while maintaining a calm, professional environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the state where the facility is located.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations with Administrator and align with budget goals.
• Assist with development and management of annual operating budget and financial objectives.
• Support census development, accounts receivable, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor operations and policy compliance.
• Lead staffing processes including recruitment, onboarding, and education.
• Collaborate with department leaders to promote resident care and operational efficiency.
