Job summary

Hayes Company in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Facility Manager to lead operations and align strategic planning with day-to-day supply chain execution. The role acts as a Culture Champion fostering safety, diversity, ownership, and strong performance while meeting productivity and financial goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, 5–7 years of leadership in warehousing or logistics, strong WMS/ERP knowledge, and prefers Spanish bilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience: 5-7 years of related leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and data visualization tools.
• Exceptional mentoring/coaching skills, strategic and tactical planning ability, and bilingual (Spanish) proficiency (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans to achieve goals in production, quality, and safety while leading change management initiatives to support organizational growth.
• Oversee all facility operations, including inventory control, warehouse capacity optimization, and truck transportation loss control.
• Manage all financial aspects, including approving/tracking expenses against budgets and analyzing business reports to drive cost control.
• Partner with HR to boost employee morale; oversee the hiring, coaching, and development of both Area Managers and frontline associates.
• Ensure facility-wide compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements
• Interface with IT on systems refinement (WMS/ERP) and maintain professional relationships with customers and key suppliers.
