Job summary

Hayes Company is seeking a Facility Manager- RREWs in Sandston, VA. You will lead the facility, blend strategic planning with day-to-day supply chain execution, and champion safety, diversity, and ownership to meet productivity and financial goals.

The role manages operations, inventories, budgets, HR partnerships, and IT systems (WMS/ERP). Requires a bachelor's in business or supply chain, 5–7 years in a warehousing or logistics leadership role, and fluency in Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Advanced knowledge of WMS/ERP, MS Office, and data visualization tools.
• Mentoring/coaching, strategic/tactical planning, and Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
• Oversee facility operations including inventory control, capacity optimization, and loss control of transportation.
• Manage financials: approve expenses, budgets, and analyze reports to drive cost control.
• Partner with HR to boost morale; hire, coach, and develop area managers and frontline staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate IT systems refinements (WMS/ERP) and maintain relations with customers and suppliers.
