Job summary

Hayes Company seeks a Facility Manager for RREWs in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead the facility, merging strategic planning with day-to-day supply chain execution to drive safety, ownership, and productivity.

You’ll oversee operations, budgeting, HR partnerships, and regulatory compliance, with 25% travel to sites. Requires 5–7 years’ leadership in warehousing/logistics and a bachelor’s degree in business or related field; WMS/ERP and data visualization skills are expected. Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Advanced knowledge of WMS/ERP, MS Office, and data visualization tools.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans to achieve goals in production, quality, and safety.
• Oversee facility operations: inventory control, warehouse capacity, and transport loss control.
• Manage finances: approve expenses, track budgets, and analyze reports for cost control.
• Partner with HR to hire, coach, and develop area managers and frontline staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Interface with IT on ERP/WMS refinements and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
