GEO Corrections & Detentions is seeking a Facility Administrator to lead the facility's administration, security, and treatment programs. You will work with regional and local management to achieve the facility's goals and manage budgetary expenses in line with client expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, policy enforcement, and the ability to develop effective staff teams while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience or 15 years of military/corrections experience.
• Minimum five years of related administrative experience.
• Strong leadership, sound judgment, and effective administrative ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, security and treatment program planning and supervision.
• Develop long-range plans and budgets; set goals to meet facility objectives.
• Enforce policies and directives for efficient administration and staff guidance.
• Direct facility operations, assign duties and manage staff development and discipline.
• Maintain relationships with client departments and government agencies.
