The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Facility Administrator in the United States to lead administrative, security and treatment programs for the facility.

You will work with regional and local management to hit facility goals and manage budgets as directed by client agencies. Responsibilities include directing facility operations, enforcing policies, coordinating staff activities, and maintaining strong relationships with client departments and government partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career development experience with related work exposure.
• Five or more years of related administrative experience.
• Knowledge of managing a secure detention/correctional facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative, security and treatment programs for the facility.
• Develop long-range plans and budgets in coordination with management.
• Enforce policies and provide guidance to staff and clients.
