Job summary

LED FastStart Lafayette seeks a experienced Facility Manager to lead production operations, optimize costs, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction. You will manage staffing, plan facility projects, and drive quality across the operation.

You will align with leadership to maintain policies, mentor staff, and ensure accurate invoicing and timely delivery of services per established standards. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred; work experience may substitute.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a relevant domain and ten years in management.
• Excellent English communications.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall quality of products and services.
• Ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Control costs and optimize revenue for the location.
• Plan facility projects and manage staffing.
• Maintain safety standards and QHSE commitments.
• Direct coaching and development of staff.
