Job summary

T1 Energy Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead two shifts and develop facilities specialists within a manufacturing and distribution environment. You will train technicians, manage maintenance activities, and act as the safety ambassador for the facilities team, ensuring safe work practices and audits.

The role requires strong leadership, troubleshooting skills, and experience with CMMS; a technical education background and collaboration with plant leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering field is advantageous.
• 4+ years in military or industrial maintenance leadership with relevant systems.
• Experience leading teams, managing certifications, and coordinating with production.
• Proficiency with CMMS and standard office tools; ability to log and track work.

Responsibilities

• Lead two shifts, develop facilities specialists, and approve technician time.
• Train technicians and create training materials; act as Safety Ambassador.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet safety policies and conduct safety audits.
• Coordinate downtime repairs and mentor preventive maintenance.
• Oversee contractor work and enforce safe practices; manage PMs and repairs.
• Provide performance feedback and develop basic equipment inspection standards.
