Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking an Operations Superintendent to lead the facility’s safe and efficient operation under the direction of the Operations/Plant Manager. You will supervise staff, enforce safety and environmental compliance, and drive improvements in reliability and efficiency.

The role requires five years of supervisory experience in power/industrial settings, MA licensing, and CMMS usage. Occasional travel to other company sites is possible.

Qualifications

• Five years of Supervisor experience in power plant or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of operation and maintenance of a steam generating power plant.
• Maintains required licenses and is able to pursue higher licenses.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise operations staff to ensure safe, clean, and efficient operation.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Train shift personnel in safety procedures, equipment use, and operating procedures.
• Develop operational strategies to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Create plant procedures and reports; act as management representative when off-site.
