Job summary

Centre for Neuro Skills is seeking a dedicated Facility Manager in Irving, TX to oversee clinic administration, safety compliance, and daily operations. The role reports to a Regional Director of Operations and collaborates with Human Resources and Finance to ensure smooth business activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field with safety certification and at least five years of experience in business settings, plus strong coordination and supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and safety certification is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years experience in business and related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure that all required internal facility inspections and related reports have been completed per federal, state, county, city guidelines, and other accreditation and licensing agencies.
• Coordinate needed repairs and general facility upkeep with the Maintenance Supervisor to include air conditioning units, pool upkeep, and landscaping.
• Supervises receptionist and word processing/medical records staff. Covers receptionist desk as needed for breaks, absences, etc.
