Metrocare Services in North Texas seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee site operations, staff supervision, and program quality. You will drive performance improvements, ensure trauma-informed, person-centered care, and maintain regulatory compliance across multiple programs.

The role requires a master’s degree in a human services field, 7–10 years of mental health experience, and 5+ years of supervisory leadership.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Master’s degree in psychology, social work or other human service field.
• REQUIRED: Mental Health Experience: 7-10 years
• REQUIRED: Management/Supervisory Experience: 5 years minimum
• PREFERRED: LPC, LCSW, LMFT or other independent practice license.
• DRIVING REQUIRED: Yes
• COMPUTER SKILLS: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Internet proficiency

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of site operations, including business office, medical support staff, and clinical team.
• Guides, directs, and supervises staff to ensure quality care and process implementation.
• Program planning, interagency relations, and resource development.
• Participate in hiring and supervision of site staff.
• Ensure timely patient access to comprehensive, person-centered, trauma-informed services.
• Develops and implements performance-improvement strategies related to KPIs.
• Oversees CQI process and ensures continual quality improvement.
• Adheres to program budget and fiscal responsibilities.
• Supervises management and team leads in service delivery and business office.
• Ensures documentation for quality and regulatory compliance (CARF, CCBHC, TX rules).
• Provides clinical supervision, education, and training as required by contracts.
• Maintains high standards of quality care and ethical practice.
• Identifies growth opportunities and leads special projects and initiatives.
• Complies with state/federal laws and organizational policies.
