Job summary

Pioneer Industrial Corporation seeks a facilities/operations leader in Carmel, Indiana to ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and quality across manufacturing operations. You will coordinate staffing, oversee production priorities, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining documentation and interfacing with sales and supply chain teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and knowledge of ASME/API/DOT/NBIC regulations, with about 15% domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Working knowledge of ASME, API, DOT, NBIC, and federal/state/local Regulations and codes.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements for operations.
• Ability to interpret quality audits and define corrective actions.
• Ability to influence leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and quality procedures and regulations.
• Lead safety briefings and resolve safety concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and facility appearance.
• Serve as primary quality contact for the facility.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site customer visits as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives at the facility.
• Set process and quality standards for safety and quality culture.
• Manage daily production assignments and prioritize tasks.
• Oversee documentation for invoicing and payroll/HR functions.
• Support planning for capital projects and operational changes.
